Burns' announcement that SKGO had purchased Textraw was a fabrication. No contract was ever signed or even offered to me, the owner of Textraw. However an SPA agreement was executed and signed by a partner of Burns and Barbee who was not an officer or shareholder. The officers of SKGO secured the Textraw equipment from Mt Vernon Mills with a contract promising $50,000 in payments. of which only $20,000 was paid. They moved the equipment into a warehouse in Brooksville FL after getting a two-year rent-free lease in exchange for millions of shares of worthless SKGO stock. The landlord is suing.

Then the company was offered to Atlas Capital Holdings (ALCL), which made an offer but never funded the company. Nevertheless, they now also falsely claim to own Textraw, even as they trade on the news.
