I wouldn't say that. At $2.60 I doubt anyone (PRMK investors) would sell so little at such a low price. MMs may want to test the resolve of ihubbers once in awhile.
MMs will want some action here to keep this stock trading. They may drop the price a little to get the chart set up for some action. Remember, MMs get paid to generate liquidity in the market. No liquidity (action), no payday.
