I always thought it was Seawind that was courted, 3Power needed Seawind, 1, to legitimize the company, Rudana was well aware of its stigma from prior penny stock involvement, I thought #Power needed a legitimate partner for this to have any success.
And it broadens the fields in which Seawind was working in, adding solar polar to the mix, and apparently now, Biomass???
