thanks i,m learning here trying to get a base understanding of stunts pulled by ballsy companies..and what the REAL warning signs are.. how can the SEC allow companies to do things that will hurt investors? i would think someone must oversee this stuff and STOP it or at LEAST make it public before it happens.. i do know rules are getting tighter and the SEC is going after these guys.. yes OPMG has its problems but it certainly has LESS than the others i have seen! any other stuff you think of i really appr dan
