At this point and price level, I'm not really sure what negatives would exist. At higher price levels the DTC exit usually means a panic drop in price. This might go down a tick(in which case I'll have a buy order in), but share structure tells me that it won't go to no bid.

Besides the company is still answering phones in both countries, which means they are maintaining offices. If it was a scam they would have run away by now.
