of course you are still ALLOWED to buy it, GOIG doesn't even have caveat emptor status. It did have a stop sign (for about a week) then it reverted back to "limited information" that has had me scratching my head for a while now and then there are the GOCM shares which are to be tradeable in 2012. If the GOCM shares never materialize, then the SEC should shut this ALL down as that would be the last straw.

but remember, CE status or not, 95% of most penny plays are Buy at your own risk anyways
