How do you figure 2,000 tons/year capacity by mid 2012?

Per the last release, the first fishery will produce 750 tons mid 2012 through mid 2013:

Mr. Solomon Lee, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, stated, "With these supplies and additional supplies from alternative sources, we anticipate that Enping A Power Fishery will be able to produce a minimum of 500 Tons and 1,000 Tons of sleepy cods at minimum marketable weights of 500g /fish in year 2012 and 2013, respectively
