Trips? Hard to tell sometimes.
Agree on some points that Emax needs to provide Shareholders with the progress of some projects. There has been many PRs and blogs over the past 6 months stating plans and projects. This is still the pinks and everyone wants results yesterday, however, legitimate projects take time to take shape and materialize.
Delays:
Went to court with former TA to get their paperwork and files back; since former TA would not give them to any of their companies they represented. Emax was the only affected company out of 40+ companies to take them to court. I am sure that was some hefty law firm bill. Oh yea, Emax won.
Emax hired new TA and filed all paperwork to have Chilled removed as a result from former TA's lack of work so to speak. Waiting game now and out of Emax's hands right now.
Dividends: All paperwork was transferred to new TA by court order. However, former TA will not provide passwords to secured computer files. SEC is back involved.
Buyback: Hard to figure that one out. Someone has been buying all this time because acccumlation is still high. Maybe they have been buying back small portions all this time and will retire them at a later time IMO. I believe the loan to be legitimate and buyback will start to pick up once other pieces of the puzzle are in place. Emax needs to complete steps 3 and 4 before starting step 5.
Uplisting is company, however as stated earlier, steps prior to uplisting application need to be completed first.
If you believe in Emax, you will hold and maybe buy more shares. If you dont' believe in Emax: simple, sell your shares or don't buy any. It is that simple.
Interesting when peeps stick around here stating the sky is falling, day after day after day. For some reason Emax still has their eye. Dont blame them, if I wanted back in, I would do everything I could to get cheaper shares. A flippers paradise for the past 6 months IMO
