There was a "magic show" open house where Dean fooled investors right before their eyes. The company is dead. There will be no resubmission to the FDA.

In the end, someone (Bogdan) will sue and ask Dean to provide a working machine based on hw/sw from 2006 when Dean said he had a fully functional ready for production machine. He never had it. It never worked as advertised.
