Equally unbelievable is the fact that the CFO continually values this company at 40-50% of the current stock price at the time of financing. The stock then follows to that level since it was agreed to by the company.

This is all very simple. 3 Pennies, yes. Next valuation by our genius CFO, if he continues his established record, will value us at .01, 50% from where we are now.
