Newt is in the last throws of his campaign...he won't come out on top in Iowa or in NH, and with little $$$/organization he won't go much further...Also, he's spending more time defending himself against Romney's attacks than promoting his own ideas. Oh, and the recent collapse of House teabaggers reminded everyone how divisive Newt was when he was Speaker of the House.
The guy who can afford $10,000 bets will be the Repub nominee...Romney can expect more heat over releasing his income tax returns; for some reason Willard is hiding his returns until he absolutely has to show them, perhaps because it may show he is still receiving income from Bain Capital, a consulting firm he started who advises corps on downsizing, read: fire people...Repubs wanted Pres Obama to release his school transcripts and it's strange Repubs don't press their presumptive nominee to release his income tax returns.
