Fritz, founder and chairman of NeoMedia, said the agreement calls for AirClic to compensate NeoMedia and set a schedule for future compensation by AirClic, with the companies dropping their respective lawsuits while leaving open the possibility of future collaborative efforts.

During July 2005, NeoMedia and AirClic settled the case out of
court, with AirClic agreeing to compensate NeoMedia for past and future activities.
