Everything you need to know is in each SEC required filing

I need to know the details of Brad, Cory & Jeremy's bonus plans as they detailed them ambiguously in their SEC filings. This will drastically affect the share structure so I need to know this to make an informed decision on investing in this company. I also need to know this to see if the senior management are really prepared to dilute over 700 million shares at todays pricing just to give to themselves as a bonus. Because I wouldnt want to invest in a company who's management is prepared to do that when their PPS is at an all time low and in the sub-pennies

Please can you tell me if their bonus is based on 2010 v 2011 performance or 2011 v 2012 performance? Please also can you tell me if the bonus will be $10,000 in cash as well as $100,000 worth of shares each for every $1,000,000 extra revenue the company brings in? Or will it be $10,000 for each extra $1,000,000 and a single payment of $100,000 in shares.
