Here is a test to determine the validity of this company: Go to NexPhase's website. Go to "Contact Us". Send an email to [e-mail]. The email will not go through but will get bounced back.

Then, go to Onteco's website and send a similar email requesting information about their products. YOu will never hear back.

I had a friend that that runs the maintenance department for a very large manufacturing facility. He inquired about their lighting products because he is actually researching efficient lighting for this plant. He has never heard back from them.
