I tend to agree. I was saying this since Parent told someone they had edgarized the 10K and now its in final review. The statement left me stumped. An odd declaration.

As for delays and handling things, well I have no problem with the delays in filings. I am very aware of the difficulty of auditing a company like this and how both the acquisition and foreign connection will make it rather prolonged. Its the lack of transparency over the what is now going on 7 months. For me its a first to see such a blunder occur. Considering the amount of pink sheet stocks I have traded and how many of them I knew were scams, its a bit disheartening to admit even the worst of them were run better than SNEY currently.
