Why would I buy IPII but not VPHM today, should I have spare money?

Both were top winner today, but VPHM rose mainly due to an analyst's upgrade, whereas no analysts look after IPII. When an analyst begins to upgrade something, the game may be almost over (though not always). Many analysts are salesperson in misleading form in my personal opinion coming from limited experience.
