Green Energy Solutions (SATM) Plans Land Use for Energy Plant at Alberta Site

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire -12/08/11)- (Pinksheets: SATM.PK - News) Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. (GESI), is making plans for the use of its designated land for use in implementing its waste rail tie to energy plant at the Alberta location. GESI has an agreement with the feed stock provider On-Track Railway Operations Ltd. for up to 10 acres of land use, that could be expanded at On-Track's Duagh Plant Facility outside of Edmonton Alberta, Canada. The Company has determined that it has enough land to support full size commercial plant operations. GESI is currently receiving plant footprint scenarios from providers as to the set up of the proposed waste to energy systems. Given the many advantages of the site, including the ready reserve of waste rail ties on site, to the easy location of chipping machines, ready access to on site rail lines, and to nearby grid links for power distribution, GESI has strategic advantages to lower power provision costs and operating costs. The location is located within the Industrial Heartland of Alberta, and has been an operable location for On-Track for many years. On-Track's Duagh plant is situated on 104 acres (zoned industrial) with over a mile and a half of rail lines, turnarounds, sidings, and other rail facilities.

GESI expects to make a technology choice within the next month for the provision of the utilization of the waste rail ties into energy.

On-Track is a major servicer in the rail industry throughout Western Canada, processing millions of used ties per year from major and other rail sources. There now exist an estimated one year plus worth of ties on site. With over 7,900 rail route-kilometers (4,900 miles) of railway track in Alberta alone each kilometer and mile represents an enormous amount of feedstock. Each kilometer of track has over 1800 rail ties (3000 per mile). Over 90% of all ties are wood, with a weight of 90 kilograms (200 pounds) per tie, and a useable life of approximately 20 to 25 years per tie.

GESI Technology Selection Aims to Be Fully Financed, With Proven up to $15M Annual Revenue

Today : Thursday 17 November 2011

Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SATM) announces that it has narrowed its technology selection to negotiations with a proven provider for creation of energy from waste rail ties in order to target the full revenue of $15,000,000 annually. The targeted technology has been proven at over 100 commercial sites worldwide; over 20 plants being between 100 tons and up to 200 tons per day waste to energy remediation plants. The targeted technology has also been consistently proven adept for use with waste rail ties of which GESI has secured as a large source of feedstock. GESI is also targeting a 20 megawatt size electrical production plant for its site in Alberta.

The targeted technology comes with full financing being available for the GESI plant. With the availability of energy credit payments, repayment of any financing terms by GESI looks easily achievable.

"The proven commercial ability of the targeted technology, and the company's specific expertise using rail ties makes it very attractive," stated CEO Gordon MacKay. "We expect our technology search may be shortened significantly by this provider."

The breakdown of the rail ties is already accomplished on site from the normal processing at the location by GESI's partner company, On Track Railway Servicing. The ability to use the small chips of creosote soaked rail ties for energy creation makes for a predictable energy output for the chosen technology.
