Why would you want to sell at one unless you shorted the stock? What people don't realize is if there were dumping of shares going on the volume wouldn't have dried up.

The volume makes me think that people are unwilling to sell at these levels or the float is lower than it was before. I doubt the latter, so I'll go with people are unwilling to sell.
