this isn't about a patent so much as proprietary technology that effeciently fills a need. Pvsp/vox's voip cloud server infrastructure is to the voip world what C3's proprietary 3d mapping algorithm was to the navigation and interactive mapping world. Apple saw the value of C3's tech... specialized and built on existing tech that was proven (it used declassified missle guidance algorithms), Apple bought them and is incorporating their tech into the bigger picture. PVSP/VOX, with their perfectly synced a/v and hyper-redundant, infinitely scalable delivery infrastructure is their goldmine. They do it better than the rest and investors see that..just like C3, another virtually no name company, did it better and got bought for major $ by a major player.
