Just stop crying. It's not making one ounce of difference. It really isn't. You can do better things than complain about the management of this company. You can just write the management directly if you think it will help. I have. I've also emailed the companies that they say they have sold their products to and I've gotten email confirmation back that they do business with Identa. I really feel like this company has great products given the global state of affairs. It just lacks good management in key areas such as marketing/sales, web design and promotions and finance and accounting. They have a scientist running the business aspects of the company and therein lies the problem in my opinion.
