I saw the story but don’t have any information on it. Information on our interests in JDZ Block 5 are available at http://erhc.com/jdz/. Unlike JDZ Blocks 2, 3 and 4, in which ERHC was awarded a large percentage of each Block, ERHC has a relatively small percentage interest in JDZ Block 5 of 15%. As an aside, as noted in the 10-K that was issued last week, ERHC’s 15% interest in JDZ Block 5 is currently the subject of arbitration (and has been since 2008). See page 17 of the 10-K. I am not suggesting that this has any relevance to what you were asking about, other than it pertains to the Company’s interests in JDZ Block 5.
