As I previously mentioned I have not been able to even locate this particular Company PAMCO and it's CEO or whomever it was they mentioned as part of the suit. Where is this company based, what are it's revenues/assets, and are they actively defending themselves in this suit? Where was the mention of this lawsuit BEFORE the privitization announcement? The company should have first settled the case, THEN attempted to privitize itself. What if anything else do you know about this, any further thoughts?
