What in the world is wrong with you Arnold? Is there any good reason for you to mention a normal scenario for the conduct of business? Is there any reason to start doing things normally now?
We have done alright with an inexperienced CFO, haven't we? Hasn't he raised all the money we need for research and development activities? Hasn't he been able to fund all of the needs with the use of greatly underpriced private placements?
Hasn't our CEO been able to do well without experience? Although he is no doubt well educated in IP matters, is there any reason that he should have private business experience outside the academic arena? Remember, we're getting ready for IND's this year ... or is it pre-IND's?
Come on Arnold, why do you keep harping on the need for experience and additional funding? Now it looks like we're going to have to sit around and listen to you chirp about experience in manufacturing ... please tell me it isn't so.
And get off that "why no buyers for licenses." CYGX has already gained experience in issuing two licenses ... well, current management has issued one license. Don't try to make fun of the fact that they both ended up in law suits and CYGX got creamed when they sued over the first license. The important aspect of this is that CYGX has indeed been successful in getting deals on TWO licenses. OKAY?
