They should pay the $1.50 and not look to CHEAT Shareholders. If PAMCO sold their shares there is no way someone like myself could possibly identify the origin of those shares. If it is the intent of this company to rip-off shareholders that is just terrible. Attempting such is simply wrong and if the SEC were to allow that it would be much worse. Cancelling our shares should NOT be permitted. To me personally this would be quite devastating. Sorry for the oration... but to answer your question I believe the number includes the so called PAMCO shares.
