If Verizon is a "distributor" then they will purchase x amount of units at a cost and pre load in the phone which equals revenues by the company immediately. This would be great news.
On the other hand a partnership means possibly another Wireless Zone which Phoneguard has had for a year now. This is not a small time store and we don't have any update of sales results because it's few. This is because it takes selling it on the back end. Phoneguard has to bring the partner on board and then train to sell. My local Phoneguard dealer filled me in on all this already.
So there is a big difference in a distribution/contract and a partnership.
