Very true. However there is a lot of room between .06 and recoving so as not to loose listing. IMHO. Obviously, this out fit has severe problems. The real question is can they recover. Like I said real money has been lost here. Now the only question that remains for me is can corporate officers of the company stabilize and create new value? I also see a pretty small float of 45 million shares. jmho
