I know management screwed up when they submitted the OTC filings without legal council. Obviously they also screwed up by issuing that September 1st PR when they didn't know what they were doing. I just wonder how it is management wasn't aware they needed an attorney to do the work. So they finally figured out that they need an attorney to do the work. Management became aware of this fact in early September. If all the filings were ready, the process shouldn't really take that long. The attorney needs to interview management and the directors, review the filings and resubmit it. So here we are more than 3 months later and still Caveat Emptor, and still no updates from management. Couldn't management provide an update on the status of the filings? Have the filings been resubmitted yet or are they still working on this? If they've refiled great, when did they refile? If they haven't refiled yet, why not and when can shareholders expect the filings to be resubmitted? I don't think asking for an update from managment is too much to ask given the fact that they botched the filing process the first time around. Management just needs to provide some clarity on this issue IMO.
