no,the board has been corrected in that the shares will be received by firms on some sort of a "staggered schedule"---there apparently is no time frame as to when anyone gets their "free shares"------however this may be a lesser point---------will some be able to convert their restricted shares into free trading earlier than others ?---this might be a bigger question----COULD some have a trading advantage ?----pure speculation.wonder if longs are trying to determine process for conversion ???
