Liberty Star Uranium and Metals Corp (LBSR)

I don't know how you guys rationalize about investing in LBSR but this is how I weigh the risks vs. rewards in this stock:

Risks:
- No company wants to JV since it'll require a substantial fund. (In that case, I think JB is looking for multiple JV partners, right?)
- Another lawsuit out of wedlock.
- JB being stubborn and wants to get the most percentage in the split since he's holding a bad-a$$ finding (BCSP) then things will keep dragging for I don't know how long.
- The findings are not as accurate as ZTEM result, but I think the recent SRK report has just swept this worry away.

Rewards: Once the JV is signed and drilling's announced, I can pretty much retire.

My questions for all of you here are:
- Do you think we're going to leave those treasures buried down there especially when our country is neck deep in debt?
- Do you think getting permit to drill on the BCSP will be a problem, especially when AK laws allows mining on state's land?
- What's stopping LBSR to drill right after they found JV partners?

I don't know, guys. If I were Obama or the next U.S President, I would be like "drill that damn place ASAP because I want to pay off our debt to the Red China". This thing might be involving a lot of powerful people in a higher level than we could think of. I remember reading a post here suggesting that we will drill in May2012. Ummmmm... as much as I wish for that to happen, I don't think it will be that fast since we are now do not have a JV partner, yet. This is my "make it or lose it" stock, so I have no choice but to wait whether should it be 1 year or 5 or 10. That's my evaluation of LBSR base on just my opinion and common sense. What's your rationalization in investing or bashing LBSR? I want to hear it. For those that hold no shares but keep standing on the sideline and bash/pump, I really don't need your opinion. Frankly, I think you shouldn't be on this board anyway.
