Considering there are no productive assets and a scumbag at the helm, GOIG is over-priced at $0.0001/2. By comparison, there are pinks acquiring assets or having real businesses R/M into them that trade at $0.0001/2.
GOIG should be at $0.0001/no bid until there's a change in leadership, the share structure cleaned up and some real assets generating revenue in the pipeline.
Seriously, who would pay $161k for 51% control of this shell with a hostile shareholder base, wrecked share structure and lawsuits unknown? Maybe $30-50k is a worthwhile gamble if a prospective CEO figures it's better and faster to acquire a shareholder base and existing shell than start clean.
Ike Sutton, do your shareholders a favor and resign. You don't even deserve a lump of coal for Christmas.
If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
