Regarding EDGR, you're correct. Some holders are tired of waiting as the revenue increase didn't translate into net income improvement & the PR event raises question of competence/motive. I stated the reason for disappointing net income results in my original post. If you dig deeper you'll see competitors are also facing margin pressure at this time.

Penny stocks are always on the cusp. As this is a legit company and I feel the down move has been overdone by a big seller, I expect a nice rally into January & possibly beyond. It's doubtful that many trading here would still be holding in 2013.

Micro caps, while speculative, sometimes present the best opportunities for price appreciation due to lack of coverage. This board succeeds in identifying a lot of these.
