We don't know that it was the Company dumping 504's. TiVUS went through a period where they were paying for things with restricted shares, this may be some of those shares coming due or JC cashing out. If I recall one of the last two PR's stated something about TiVUS laying off further 504 dilution but still needing to raise the O/S to meet past financing obligations that were coming due...
