This is cr_p!! I 'm not voting for it. Just for fun look at other companies much bigger with much fewer shares issued. Per the 10k, there are currently 250,000,000 million shares with 79,000,000 issued. With 170,000,000 to work with...
The only thing this will do is enrich the insiders and leave us with worthless stock.
Yhis type of dilution no matter how wonderful DVTEL is will guarantee this remains a penny stock.
I have been an investor not trader.
