TCHC reiterates guidance of 2.75 - 2.80 today:

Trading at 4.5x the low end of guidance.

Company earned 0.73 fd, ft from continuing ops in Q1. Pays 0.08 quarterly dividend.

Has upped its reinsurance coverage and stands to benefit from a rising rate cycle in FL homeowners insurance.

Big wild card: Mother Nature, who could wipe out those projections with several well timed hurricanes.

Could be a decent spec play in the low 12s.
