I am also frustrated that the name change and filings didn't occur, but I can also imagine what happened and why... the deal didn't work out, so the name change was off, and they pursued another avenue of growth with Terlyn, who already has revenues. **YAYYY** Hence the new name change. It is not a company's job to tell us these things everyday, but for you to assume fraud when honest business succeeds or fails on its own, is ridiculous. I'm all for real information and investigating that information on my own, but time and time again, this grudge you have for management colors your perception.
In any case, jp, if you make accusations in the future, maybe you should provide some actual proof we can all research instead of conjecture, assumption, and accusation. The research I've done on this stock says they have some upward momentum and an active board pushing RAMO's growth. Research your comments have led me to all came up as empty accusations.
