I think a couple other points need to be mentioned. One of the things Gault is charged with is creating a fraudulent market for that particular stock. I don't see any evidence of that here. maybe I've missed it, but it doesn't seem to me that the PPS has moved wildly up or down enough to indicate manipulation ... at least on a large scale.
On the other hand, while it is not illegal to hire a celebrity to endorse your product, and to pay them with shares, (if done so properly) STAU would be under the obligation to file an 8K. Obviously, it has not. Nor has it filed an 8K on any of the previous events which required one. If the SEC investigation does lead to STAU, the 8Ks WILL be an issue. Once the SEC has a company in their sights, if all they have is a "smallish" issue on which to hang someone, they will do so rather than letting them go.
Corley really, really needs to address this Gault issue directly and immediately.
