1. The stock is trading in the low .40s now.
2. Talk on boards about SEC complaints/investigations.
3. Nobody "pumping" the stock any more.
4. All the pumpers talk about "classic double bottoms" now proven to be ridiculous as the pps plummets.
5. Huge movement down on low volume trades. Huge movement down on high volume trading days.
6. "Good news" but no positive response in the stock.
7. Website "down" today.
