Since we are doing some guessing here, I guessing with this ship Mr. Cotton have enough cash to take this private. That would solve any paperwork problems. He is majority shareholder, all he has to do is vote his shares for say to pay 10% current stock price and all he would have to pay is less then 1 million bucks.
