Sorry, but I thought these two kind of go together. You can have all the gold in the world in the general area, but if you cannot trust the companies ability or integrity what does it matter?

It seems to me at least despite all your and others efforts nothing has changed. While I appreciate the efforts of many here what good is it if management ignores it?
