With the PPS of CPRKQ..i can say miniscule (cubic yards tonns) were smelted ..thus leaving any CPRKQshareholder (underwater)

Now if the former CEO of IBC/CPRK (Darrel Nether) and his cohorts ( he is under SEC investigation) gets a hold of this shell (needs a shell for stock back live) will he swindle shareholders (will the merry-go-round continue)again?
