in previous POR yes, for piers only, this is the final final and actually puts you in the point of no return for those that want to walk the talk and watch their 'investment" from the sidelines for quite sometime, well, at least till they decide if it's in their best interests, of which i don't think the pinks are in their best interests when courting mergers or business of this size..glty
