No it means the same as it did before which is no significant movement until data allows them to do a deal that shuts off dilution. Nothing has changed regardless of what the overall market does. It has been discussed. If the data and the deal never comes we will be diluted to nothing or go bankrupt. Most of the knowledgeable investors here know that.
