The last time I looked at the calender (today) it was still the peak of tax loss selling season. And the last time I looked, KBLB did experience a major price spike this year.
And the last time I looked it did enter tax loss selling season at around a 60% drop from that peak.

IMHO under those circumstances, an explanation from the company is not called for.

You did look at the year to date chart, right?
