Mostly you have to knock on some doors and sue the rest. Were's our contingency lawyer? They don't need another board member to get a contingency lawyer. Are they going to wait until they file the settlement agreement before they look into it? By the way were's the settlement agreement, oh I forgot this is the holidays so they get another excuse, nothing gets done until after the holidays. I wish I could have told my boss that bs.
