and have not heard anything back!

Hi I am currently a stock holder in your company and had a couple of questions for the company.
1) When will the share reduction be completed and on record?
2) How many shares did the prior shell owners receive for the sell of the shell?
3) Are any of the prior employees of the prior shell involved with the current company and if so what is their role in the company?
4) How was the attorney retained for Pharmstar and how were they compensated Cash or Stock?
