Some of the brokers have acknowledged this as a useless security. If you are interested in securing a tax loss this year, you may want to inquire about a "penny for the lot".

Zecco was able to remove ATNP shares for the penny so I can use it as a tax write off.

Fidelity on the other hand will not remove the security as useless because there are still trades going through.

Personally, I was glad to dump most of it so I am not sitting around forever trying to sell at the market. There are no buyers out there. There is nothing left of ATNP.
