The mill was setup through a scam set up by the CEO of IBC (Darrel Nether)Yes,traces of minerals in the ground..that's all they needed to push this scam forward..Billions of shares Nether pocketed off this deal as he sold into the pump! The cost to get this contaminated ore to smelter was totally a farce..you can have billion dollars worth the ore...but if it cost 2 billion to mine and smelter it WHAT DO YOU HAVE? (A SCAM)!
