I would expect new long-term investors to be cautious. The information being PR'd will build on itself
and eventually move the PPS, especially when new mining production results are posted. The same is true when JV partner contracts are announced. If I was a potential new investor, I'd sit back and do some DD before investing. I would be a little dubious if the PPS took-off simply because of a short interview based on what the company expects to happen. JMO.
