Your right. I don't think a lot of folks got in at the .02 level. The problem with this promo is penny investors are being a little cautious as a result of the volatility of these sort of stocks lately. Not to mention the time of year.To really get this thing going we need some news that means somthing. The last two announcements are stickly foreplay.
