Brian is 74 and it is my understanding that he will not be financing the Company himself anymore. He has shared with me that he needs a staff and does not have the funds to hire.

You can ask Brian yourself if you want. He may be able to explain better.

There is also the question....what do you want to know from the company before you would vote any more shares?
